Submit Event

While I’ll do my best to locate and add events as I have time, the best way for NCST Events to become a reliable, one stop shop for finding the best events and seasonal items is with the help of the community. These submissions are especially important in the more rural areas that are currently missed by most sites.

Once we receive your submission we’ll work to get it added to the site. The more lead time the better.

Facebook Event Link

If the event already has a Facebook Event that has been created, all you need to do is provide that to the right and we’ll take it from there!

Web Link

If your event has a dedicated webpage on your website, or a site like eventbrite, constant contact, etc., then all you need to do is provide the URL to the right!

Email

If you don’t have either of the URL’s above for the event and don’t feel comfortable using the form below to enter the information, you can send it in an email. If available, please attach any flyer or imagery for the event.

Make sure your email includes: 

  • Name of the Business, Organization, or Church that is hosting the event.
  • The date AND start and end time of the event.
  • The Street Address with City, State, and Zip.
  • A Description of the Event.
  • A link to the Facebook Page, Website, or other platform for the host.
  • ANY COST TO ATTEND OR ACCESS THE EVENT.
  • ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS // RESTRICTIONS ON HANDICAP ACCESS.
